As a Tutor Dekho tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students across various subjects and grade levels, helping them achieve their academic goals. Whether you prefer online or in-person tutoring, we have opportunities tailored to your expertise and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students in your area of expertise.
- Create customized lesson plans tailored to the student’s learning needs and goals.
- Provide clear explanations, practice exercises, and constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents (if applicable) to set expectations and track progress.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices.
- Maintain regular online/offline attendance sheet for the proof of your presence.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) you wish to teach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- For online tutors: Reliable internet connection, a computer/laptop, and a quiet workspace.
- For in-person tutors: Willingness to travel to students’ locations (if required).
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in a relevant field.
